Absolutely dreadful product – poor quality and damaged – contacted them and been advised that I need to pay return costs -appalling – I should have read other reviews before I purchased anything. I would urge potential customers to buy elsewhere.

Gazebo just arrived but looks extremely flimsy. Bought to replace one twice as strong as this that didn’t last 10 years so I’m not going to waste time and effort putting this together to have a fight in 5 years’ time, it’s going back. I thought JVS HOLDINGS APS was a reputable company. What happened?

Email from JVS HOLDINGS APS to say my order would be delivered between 0800 to 1800 on the 30 October. Waited in all day, no delivery..sent two emails but the address does not respond. Will ring them tomorrow. Having read these reviews I won’t hold my breath was going to order other items with No chance.
